Wait, wait, wait! Number 3 in that first article is ridiculous. No one blames the car when someone is killed by a drunk driver? That is the analogy? I for one don't blame the gun when it is used to kill a person. Should the drunk behind the wheel have been allowed to get behind the wheel? No. Should a person with a record of violence or certain types of mental illness be allowed to get behind a gun? That's a slightly better but still not good analogy. Hmmm. But maybe I will blame the car from now on, or the gun. That could do some good. Keep up the posts, Bites!
